Karma, Hypnopainter

I have never learnt how to draw or paint and I only follow the flow of painting with my heart and with my hands without fears and without doubt. With acrylic painting, I learnt the meaning of letting it go and letting it flow.

As a qualified hypnotherapist, I realize acrylic painting in alignment with hypnosis may evoke a powerful healing effect.  The lesser I think during the painting process the more of a chance my subconscious mind can express itself naturally through the tool of painting.  Perhaps I called this hypnopainting technique.
