Born in Tartus. In 1963 he graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Damascus, and then from the Department of Interior Architecture, in 1987. Participated in many group exhibitions which consisted of Syrian Artists between 1986 and 2002. He designed Panoramic windows that where implemented at the North Gate of Damascus from 1990 to 1992. in 1997 he designed the Eastern Gate of Latakia Designed and the tomb of the eternal leader Hafez al-Assad in, 1994.
